Individualised Support
CODA provides one to one support to individuals with a disability to further life experiences and skill development in home and local community. Support may also be purely of a social or recreational nature.
We assist you to:
- Link with community groups e.g.
- Networking / friendship building
- Manage your household e.g.
- Assist you to do your banking / shopping / pay bills etc.
- Attend training or workshops
- Study or work/volunteer commitments
- Learn new skills or achieve chosen goals
We recognise your right to participate in your community and enjoy valued roles.
The Client Centered Plan / Care Plan is developed in consultation with you, your advocate and any other stakeholders who you wish to be involved in service delivery.
Client Service Coordinators roster skilled Disability Support Workers to work with you that hold minimum qualifications or relevant industry experience, hold a current first aid certificate and Disability Services positive notice card.
